Ms. Hurley's Senior Infants

Senior Infants have been very busy since September and are now well settled into our class routine.  We planted daffodil bulbs in recycled containers.  We also planted some more bulbs in our plot in the school garden and we will compare the twogrowth rates.  We hope to have lovely blooms in the Spring.

We had lots of fun in Arts and Crats, making lovely pictures, drawng self portraits and making leaf collages.

We have a new Irish Schdeme called Bua na Cainte and we are having great fun "as Gaeilge" while learning lots of Irish too.

We have a new religion programme called Grow in Love.  We are really enjoying this programme and learning to live as Jesus asked us to.

We supported Goal Jersey Day and raised much needed funds for Syria.  We sported a great range of jerseys and it was a great day to show off our Irish jerseys.

We took great pride in our costumes for Hallowe'en.  There were lots of scary costumrd and a few princesses too.  We hope we didn't scare anyone too much.
